Spain gets ready for the largest Erasmus+ campaign of the year, with over 390 organizations registered in its last edition.

In the 5th edition of the #ErasmusDays, the Erasmus+ National Agencies in Spain, SEPIE and INJUVE-ANE, are getting ready to celebrate the largest European Erasmus+ initiative of the year. In 2020, Spanish organizations registered 391 activities (55 more than in 2019), becoming the third country with the most activities developed out of a total of 82 participating countries, after France and Turkey.

Both NAs in the country are working hard to increase the numbers of activities registered in previous editions of this campaign and they aim to have a new edition full of enriching communication and dissemination activities to showcase the diverse experiences, so as to make this 5th edition the most memorable one. Here are some examples of the great variety of activities that the Spanish schools and institutions are organizing :

  1. San Roque Primary School (Torredonjimeno) is organizing an Erasmus Days event to meet and discuss about the impact of the activities of their Erasmus+ KA2 project ‘Drop of water – reflection of cultures’. The school intends to make their students and the whole community aware of the importance of water, as an essential element to live and to understand our cultures in Europe.
  2. IES TIRANT LO BLANC (Gandía) is organizing training sessions for all those VET students who are not fully aware of the wide range of opportunities that Erasmus+ offers for student mobility and cooperation at transnational level. The institution seeks to increase its international projection by means of opening VET studies outside their borders to improve students’ skills and employability.
  3. CEA Alto Guadalentín (Lorca) is organizing some presentations and online webinars to make adult learners become aware of the possibilities that the new Erasmus+ programmes has in store. They will learn about different websites for adult educator’s professional development, eTwinning as a Learning Platform for adults and some online tools for Adult Distance Teaching.
  4. Universidad de Alcalá (Madrid) is inviting the High Education community to join its ErasmusDays event, where they will present a new scheme, supporting study along with placement mobility, so that students can add professional value to the Erasmus+ period abroad by combining certified on-line academic studies with professional/sport/social experience overseas.

Give a greater visibility to your Erasmus+ project and take part in the biggest Erasmus+ European initiative of the year!
