Workshop: Participation in project work

The National Agency of the German-speaking Community in Belgium is organising a full-day workshop as part of the Erasmus Days. The focus is on the topic of participation in project work. The aim of the workshop is to make co-determination and cooperation in education and youth projects tangible and to give participants ideas for practical implementation.

What can participants expect?
Participants will deal with various aspects of participation, develop their own approaches for their work and exchange ideas on concrete implementation options. The focus will be on the following questions:
– What does real participation mean?
– How can participatory project design succeed?
– What role do values and competences play in the participation process?

Everyone who works in the education or youth sector and is interested in promoting participation is invited – regardless of whether they already have experience in this area or are looking for initial inspiration.
