For the global celebration of Erasmus Days, our school highlights the “Wellness Well Web” project with a simple yet powerful action: the integration of a daily mindfulness breathing exercise before every class. This specific breathing technique provides students with a practical, everyday tool for immediate stress reduction, improved focus, and enhanced emotional well-being. In this way, we actively disseminate the central message of our Erasmus+ project—that holistic well-being is the key to success in learning and in life.
