Transforming Leadership for the well-being of educational community

The event aims to present the results of the two mobilities carried out by the Esperino Geniko Lykeio Ioanninon within the framework of the project 2024-1-EL01-KA122-SCH-000198667. Through this program, we aim to incorporate the principles that define the transformational leadership model, where everyone can showcase their talents and leadership skills, by breaking down barriers and strengthening the collaborative and safe environment among the school’s teachers.
