ReACT for Resilient Academia: Mental Health and Psychological Flexibility in Times of Crisis

ReACT develops a multilingual, web-based psychoeducational program grounded in the psychological flexibility model. The program will provide researchers and academic staff with evidence-based tools to cope with stress, strengthen resilience, and foster inclusive and supportive university environments across Europe
As part of the event, Berdyansk State Pedagogical University (Ukraine) will share findings from its research on mental health challenges in academia during wartime. These insights illustrate the urgent need for projects like ReACT and underline the importance of international collaboration in building sustainable academic well-being.
