Presentation of the “Competency Diary” project, implemented in collaboration with partners from Turkey and Portugal. The project involves the development of a diary for monitoring students during their work-based training in companies that apply the dual education model. After the diary was implemented in all three countries, an application was developed, adapted to the educational systems of Turkey, Portugal, and Serbia. In the next phase (starting 1st October 2025, for three years), two additional partners from North Macedonia and Finland are planned to join, aiming to further enhance and expand the project.
