Agriculture academy and Grammar school Hořice
As part of Erasmus Days 2025, our school will dedicate one morning to exploring the importance of mental health in today’s world. The program will include interactive workshops led by teachers and our new school psychologist, film screenings with discussions, and creative activities designed to raise awareness and provide practical tools for well-being.
Students will take part in mindfulness and relaxation sessions, language-based activities focusing on emotions and empathy, and workshops on digital hygiene and stress management. Creative and movement-based sessions will give them opportunities to express themselves and discover healthy coping strategies.
The event will also highlight the international dimension of Erasmus by exploring how different cultures approach mental health. Multilingual activities, presentations, and contributions through our school radio will connect the theme with our focus on languages and intercultural understanding.
Our goal is to create a supportive environment where students can learn more about mental health, share positive messages, and become familiar with the role of our school psychologist.
