Niepubliczna Szkoła Podstawowa nr 47 Fundacji Primus
During Erasmus Day, our school will organize a unique event that combines education, well-being, physical activity, and creative expression. Students will have the opportunity to take part in a presentation on well-being and mindfulness, learning techniques of attention and ways to maintain balance in everyday life. The program also includes the Dance of the Five Elements, allowing participants to experience the power of expression through movement. There will also be games and integrative activities that support building relationships and improving concentration.
In addition to the main program, we have prepared a wide range of workshops and extra activities. Students will be able to create a mandala with natural materials, take part in mindfulness training workshops, and complete art tasks inspired by Italian Renaissance art. They will develop creativity while making collages from recycled materials, and strengthen their focus through concentration games and activities. The event will also raise ecological awareness with Planet Challenge Game and activities with recycled materials. Finally, students will be invited to explore the Sound and Emotions Zone – “Feel the Music with Your Whole Self”, a space for relaxation and musical expression.
As part of Erasmus Day, 8th-grade students will also prepare and conduct special lessons for children from grades 0–3, focusing on emotions, cooperation, and motivational (incentive) activities. These sessions will help younger students better understand their feelings, learn teamwork, and engage in fun tasks that build empathy and connection.
