Living Book of Erasmus Experiences

During ErasmusDays, the Hotel Academy invites students and staff to a unique “Living Book” event. Participants of our recent mobilities – students who completed their internships abroad in June and those who took part in an international competition in March – will “become books” and share their real-life experiences with their peers.
Visitors will have the opportunity to talk directly with these students, learn about their journeys, challenges, and successes, and get inspired for their own future mobility.

To make the experience even more vivid, our culinary students who trained abroad will also prepare dishes they learned during their internships, offering a taste of international cuisine alongside their stories.
This interactive event celebrates Erasmus+ as a powerful tool for learning by doing, cultural exchange, and personal growth.
