During Erasmus+ Days 2025 we will launch our first Seniorthon meeting in Lithuania as part of the Erasmus+ project “Back to the Future” (https://backtofuture.eu/). Seniors and digital mentors will gather in Šiauliai on 15 October for the first meeting, where the project and its learning platform will be introduced.

On 22 October, seniors will meet their mentors to co-create digital stories, combining personal experiences with new digital skills.

On 5 November, the created works will be presented, and the national winning story will be selected to represent Lithuania in the International Virtual Seniorthon together with peers from other partner countries (Greece, Bulgarian, the Netherlands).

Through these activities, seniors and younger digital mentors will practice intergenerational learning, improve their digital storytelling skills, and contribute to the “Back to the Future” online Digital Portfolio (https://backtofuture.eu/).

Target group:
– Seniors (60+) interested in digital skills and storytelling
– Younger digital mentors

Expected results:
– At least 7 seniors and 7 digital mentors in Lithuania will create digital stories together.
– Digital stories will be published on the Back to the Future platform and social media.
