he QA session is designed to present the SIN-NEC Virtual Exchange Handbook (V1) and provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions, clarify details, and give feedback on the proposed framework. The event will gather academic staff, project coordinators, and partner representatives to discuss the structure, methodology, and practical tools included in the handbook.
The session will focus on:
Explaining the objectives and purpose of the SIN-NEC Virtual Exchange Handbook.
Demonstrating how the handbook supports teachers and facilitators in implementing effective virtual exchanges within Erasmus+ KA2 projects.
Addressing participants’ questions related to methodology, digital tools, assessment approaches, and intercultural collaboration.
Collecting suggestions and comments to refine the draft before the final version is published.
Expected Outcome:
Participants will gain a clear understanding of the draft handbook, its practical application, and its role in strengthening institutional capacity for international collaboration. Feedback from the session will be integrated into the final version to ensure it reflects the needs and experiences of all stakeholders.
