Fish and olive oil, two of the most important elements of Mediterranean cuisine, are also cornerstones of this culture. In this workshop, organized for Erasmus students at Ege University, participants will learn how to prepare fish using the marination method without applying heat treatment. Those attending the training will be able to enjoy and taste the marinated fish they have prepared in a short time.
