Find Your Roots, Spread Your Wings – NeuroSpa for Women

As part of Erasmus Days, we invite women to take part in a unique NeuroSpa session led by a certified Neurographic® facilitator. This creative and relaxing practice combines drawing, colour, and mindfulness to help reduce stress, open up new perspectives, and strengthen self-confidence.

It’s not about artistic skills – it’s about giving yourself time and space to pause, recharge, and reconnect with your inner resources. Together, we will explore how simple lines and shapes can turn tension into calm and open the door to personal empowerment.

The event is organised within the Erasmus+ project FEMPOWER – Find your roots and spread your wings, which focuses on women’s empowerment and self-development across Europe.
