Erasmus+: Learning, Traveling, Growing Together

The event would consist of several segments. It would take place either on the square in front of the Cultural Center in Ruma or, in case of bad weather, in the City Library. In that case, the schedule would shift from 11:00–13:00 to 18:00–19:00. The date would remain the same: October 15, 2025.
1st Segment – Public Presentation: “Erasmus+ Changed Us”
• Mobility participants (students and teachers) share their stories with the audience, supported by photos, video clips, and personal impressions.
• Invite representatives of the local government, media, and other schools.
2nd Segment – Street Exhibition: “Our Erasmus+ Album”
• Display boards in the square or library with pictures and short texts (e.g., “What I learned in Turkey”, “Why I love Erasmus+”, “My first flight experience”…)
• QR codes can be added, linking to Padlets, video materials, or the eTwinning project page.
3rd Segment – Interactive Corner for Citizens: “Try Europe!”
Organize:
• Stalls with mini quizzes about partner countries
• Cultural corner (flags, customs, words in English/Turkish/Spanish/Croatian)
• Children demonstrating social games they learned in Turkey
• “Write a postcard to Europe” – passersby can write messages to Erasmus partners based on what they’ve seen and learned
4th Segment – Panel Discussion
• Topic: “Why Are International Mobilities Important for Students and Teachers?”
• Participants: Teachers who participated in mobilities, students, parents, and local community members.
