Erasmus+ Digital stepping stones to well-being LEAD-WELL: Erasmus+ well-being day

Erasmus+ well-being day: We will carry out an on-line promotional activity for the promotion of well-being. We will make public the digital breakout rooms on the topic of well-being that have been developed in the Erasmus+ project Digital stepping stones to well-being LEAD-WELL. We will promote the tools on the project and organisation Facebook account. We will share the links to the tools and invite participants to check out the tools and motivate them to take up activities that promote well-being. We will open a space for collaboration and exchange of ideas on well-being (Padlet) for on-line participants. Entire day will be dedicated to well-being activites and exchange of ideas that promote and support well-being at home, work, educational actitivites, etc.
