Erasmus Days – Exapmles of good practices in Erasmus + projects

As part of the Erasmus Days 2025 celebration, we are organizing an online meeting on Monday, October 13th at 10:30 with schools from Croatia, Türkiye, Portugal, and Poland.
A total of 8 schools will take part: 5 from Croatia, 1 from Türkiye, 1 from Poland, and 1 from Portugal.
During the meeting, each school will present one Erasmus+ project they have participated in. The presentation will include a short description of the project, insights into the application process, and a reflection on any challenges they faced along the way. Presentations will last about 5 – 10 minutes, and participants are welcome to use short slides or visuals.
This event is an opportunity to:

– learn about practical aspects of project implementation
– share challenges and solutions
– strengthen international cooperation and partnerships
