📖 1. Storytelling Corner – “Erasmus in 5 minutes”
Format: Live short talks (5–7 min) or pre-recorded videos.
How to set it up:

Invite former Erasmus+ participants (students, teachers, even parents if relevant).

Give them guiding prompts: What surprised you most? What was the funniest cultural difference? What did you learn about yourself?

Decorate the space with flags, maps, and comfy seating to create an informal café atmosphere.

Option: Record the live talks and post highlights on social media (with permission).

🖼️ 2. Photo/Video Exhibition
Format: Physical + digital gallery.
How to set it up:

Collect photos, short clips, or testimonies from past projects/exchanges.

Print and display them in a hallway, library, or gym with QR codes linking to videos or project websites.

Add captions written by students (“My Erasmus memory”, “One word to describe my exchange”).

Create a looping slideshow (in the entrance hall, canteen, or classrooms).

🎮 3. Erasmus+ Kahoot
Format: Interactive quiz (20–25 questions).
Ideas for question themes:

Erasmus+ facts (origins, number of countries, opportunities).

Languages: “How do you say hello in …?”

Fun European trivia (monuments, foods, traditions).

Your school’s Erasmus history (projects, partner schools).
How to run it:

Play during class, assembly, or lunchtime.

Offer a symbolic prize (flags, sweets from different countries, Erasmus notebooks).

🎓 4. Mini-Project Competition – “Design your Dream Erasmus+ Project”
Format: Small groups of 3–4 students.
Task: Design a project answering:

What’s your theme? (environment, sport, technology, culture, inclusion, etc.)

Who would be your partner countries?

What activities would you do together?

What results would you aim for?
Presentation:

Posters, short videos, or slide decks.

Jury = teachers + maybe a student committee.

Award categories: Most Creative, Most Realistic, Most Impactful.
Outcome: Show students how Erasmus+ projects are born.

🌍 5. Social Media Campaign – #ErasmusDays at [School Name]
Format: Daily posts from 13–18 October.
Ideas for content:

Day 1: Launch post + school decorated with Erasmus+ colors.

Day 2: Quote or short video from Storytelling Corner.

Day 3: Kahoot highlights (students cheering, screenshots).

Day 4: Gallery snapshots from the exhibition.

Day 5: Behind-the-scenes of the Mini-Project Competition.

Day 6: “Throwback” to a past Erasmus+ trip.
Tip: Involve students as “Erasmus Ambassadors” to run the campaign.

✅ Extra touch: Close the celebration with a certificate ceremony for student participants or “Erasmus+ Ambassadors”, to give them visibility and motivation.
