Vasyl' Stus Donetsk National University

We are planning to organize a three-day event dedicated to the values that unite us, the opportunities of Erasmus+ during wartime, and the European Solidarity Corps, in cooperation with the Coordinator of the EU Information Centre at Vasyl Stus Donetsk National University and the institutional Erasmus+ coordinator. The interactive forum will combine both informational and practical components.

The program will include a range of potential activities, such as:
– discussion circles on the importance of democracy for youth;
– a “Living Library,” where former Erasmus+ participants and ESC volunteers will share their personal stories;
– workshops on “How to Win Erasmus+” focusing on preparing motivation letters and applications;
– a quest game “European Values in Action” featuring interactive tasks on human rights, freedom of speech, and equal opportunities;
– an Erasmus Quiz—an interactive competition with prizes;
and more.

Our goal is to engage a new generation of the Erasmus Generation, to demonstrate the practical value of these programs, and to highlight Ukraine’s contribution to the development of the European community, even in times of war. So this forum format will therefore not only introduce young people to international programs, but also showcase their value as instruments of personal development, solidarity, and democratic transformation in society.
