Creative and Reflective Methods in Contemporary Teaching

As part of Erasmus Week, Grm Primary School will host a professional training titled Creative and Reflective Methods in Contemporary Teaching. The event focuses on modern, student-centered and collaborative approaches where teachers act as facilitators and co-creators of learning rather than mere transmitters of knowledge. By combining formal and non-formal methods, the program aims to enhance learning efficiency, motivation, creativity, empathy, and critical thinking.

The workshop-based and experiential training will be led by Mirela Pašić, an experienced educator, trainer, and facilitator from Croatia, known for her work in non-formal education and teacher training. The event will take place in two parts:

Thursday, October 16 (15:00–19:00): Workshops at Grm Primary School

Friday, October 17 (10:30–13:00): Practical application through classroom observations.
