Charles University
We invite all students with special needs or fewer opportunities (e.g., low income, remote region, minority background, refugee status, cultural barriers, first generation students) to a dedicated lecture focused on opportunities for studying abroad and the available financial support. During this event, you will learn about various programs, such as Erasmus+ or BIP (Blended Intensive Programme), which facilitate study and work placements abroad. The lecture will primarily focus on how students with special needs can benefit from increased scholarships to cover additional costs associated with their disabilities. For students requiring special accommodations, such as accessible housing, academic assistance, or other support services, there are specific financial options available. This enhanced scholarship is designed to cover expenses that typical students do not have, ensuring that students with special needs can fully take advantage of international mobility without unnecessary financial barriers. The lecture will provide detailed information on how to apply for this funding, what conditions must be met, and which specific support services are available during the study abroad experience. You have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding study abroad opportunities and financial aid.
