Challenges of Mentorship in the Hospitality Industry

The event will be led by invited experts – mentors from the company Hullu Poro in Finnish Lapland. In Levi, they are key figures in a successful company where they manage the catering services for 15 restaurants, hotels, and other facilities. With great enthusiasm, they also take care of students during their practical training. They will share their good practice with mentors from our companies and with cookery teachers.
