As part of the #ErasmusDays 2025, Trentino Social Tank will host an international hybrid event dedicated to Innovative Teaching with Challenge-Based Learning (CBL). Taking place on Thursday, 16 October 2025 (14:30–17:30 CET), the event will combine in-person participation at the Aula Kessler, University of Trento, and online access.
Designed as professional development for teachers, the event will introduce the CBL methodology as a practical, interactive and inclusive approach to teaching, developed within the Erasmus+ project TEACH. Teachers, students and international partners will share experiences of applying CBL to foster creativity, critical thinking and collaboration in the classroom.
The programme includes keynote introductions, testimonies from teachers and students, and a hands-on interactive lab where participants will design their own educational challenges using digital tools such as Miro or Jamboard. This collaborative workshop will demonstrate how CBL can be adapted across disciplines and school contexts, turning real-world problems into opportunities for meaningful learning.
By embedding this initiative within the Erasmus Days, the event highlights the transformative power of Erasmus+ in supporting innovation in education, international cooperation and the professional growth of teachers. Participants will leave with new insights, practical tools, and a network of peers engaged in shaping the future of learning.
