Digital Horizons: Table Talks on Digital Competence & Literacy
Format:
World Café–style discussions (4–5 tables, participants rotate every 20–25 minutes).
Goals:
• Raise awareness of the importance of digital literacy for education, work, and daily life.
• Explore challenges faced by youth, teachers, and the community.
• Share tools, resources, and Erasmus+ opportunities.
• Collect ideas for digital inclusion projects in Vidin.
Target: Youth (16–30), teachers, librarians, municipal representatives, entrepreneurs, and NGOs
