Autismo Sevilla

This is a Training Course with the main objective of improving the quality of life of women with autism. Through a series of educational and experiential activities, we seek that these women deepen their understanding of autism and themselves. On the one hand, we will offer workshops and talks given by experts in the field to provide them with up-to-date knowledge about autism in women. This will enable them to better understand their own experiences and challenges. On the other hand, we will encourage self-reflection through exercises and guided discussions, which will help them identify their strengths, weaknesses and how autism influences their daily lives. In addition, we believe it is essential to develop empathy among the participants. Through various activities, we seek to foster a greater understanding of the experiences and challenges faced by other autistic women. This will contribute to creating a sense of community and mutual support. Finally, we will promote teamwork between professionals and autistic women. We believe that this collaboration is key to building strong relationships and developing effective strategies to improve the quality of life for women with autism. This project seeks to empower autistic women by providing them with the tools and support necessary to live a full and satisfying life.
