Erasmus Days at CMA FORMATION Nîmes
On the first day, students from hairdressing, baking, butchery, electricity, beauty therapy, and floristry took part in workshops on Europe and European citizenship, led by EUROPE DIRECT (Maison de l'Europe).
Creations by baking apprentices, including Portuguese bread (broa), and by pastry apprentices, featuring specialties from Sweden (kanelbullar), Ireland (barmbrack), and Germany (pretzels), were on display, while workshops on European languages ran throughout the week.
