First Technical School, Kragujevac, Republic of Serbia

The event will present the Erasmus+ KA210 SCH project “Math Education: Unveiling New Pathways” (project number: 2023-2-RO01-KA210-SCH-000178092), coordinated by Romania, with partners from North Macedonia, Serbia, and Türkiye.
During the Erasmus Days celebration, students and teachers from the First Technical School in Kragujevac will showcase activities and results achieved through project mobilities, highlighting the application of GeoGebra in mathematics education. The event will include description of:

Romania mobility: Designing 2D house models using GeoGebra tools.

North Macedonia mobility: Presentation of coupled gear systems (2 or more gears) in one, two, or three planes, including line and bevel gears, chain drives, and their drawing process in GeoGebra. Students worked in international teams to design assigned gears.

Serbia mobility: Workshop on String Art and GeoGebra, where international student teams created modular patterns in GeoGebra using functions (2*n)mod60, (3*n)mod60, (4*n)mod60, and (5*n)mod60.

Türkiye mobility: Construction of geometric figures (square, rectangle, isosceles and equilateral triangles) using only basic tools (points, lines, and circles) in GeoGebra, followed by the creation of 3D solids using sliders.

The goal of the event is to promote the integration of digital tools like GeoGebra in math education, enhance collaboration among European students, and inspire innovative teaching methods. The presentation will include photos, digital materials, and short student demonstrations of constructions in GeoGebra.
