Budget Friendly Erasmus+: Small Cities, Big Experiences

As part of the Erasmus+ Days, we are hosting an event on the topic of small cities as Erasmus+ destinations, which will take place on Tuesday, 14 October 2025, at 10:00 AM in the University of Zadar’s Ceremonial Hall.

The aim of the event is to present some of the European universities with which the University of Zadar has Erasmus+ agreements – institutions that could be especially appealing to our students. The focus will be on smaller cities that offer many advantages: more opportunities for active participation, easier integration with local students, more affordable and accessible housing, as well as more time for trips and social activities.

The University of Zadar currently has almost 500 Erasmus+ agreements, and the purpose of this event is to help students make informed decisions about where to go on mobility and which criteria to consider when choosing their Erasmus+ host university.
