Global Village 2025/2026 – 1st semester

The Global Village is a vibrant celebration of cultural diversity, international exchange, and student mobility. Organized by Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon, this event brings together Erasmus+ students, international participants, and local students to showcase the richness of their home countries through music, dance, food, traditional clothing, and interactive activities.

Participants will represent their cultures at dedicated booths, offering a unique opportunity for attendees to travel the world without leaving campus. The event fosters intercultural dialogue, promotes inclusion, and celebrates the values of the Erasmus+ programme: unity in diversity, lifelong learning, and global citizenship.

What to Expect?
Student-Run Stands: Students set up stands dedicated to their countries of origin.
Cultural Displays: Stands feature traditional clothing, food, drinks, music, and illustrative presentations (like photos or films) about their country.
Diplomatic Elements: Each stand includes the country’s flag.
Awards and Recognition: Participants vote for their “Favorite Erasmus destination”.
