“Stand Up for Human Rights” is a school competition for 4 – 8 grade students, carried out within the Erasmus+ project “School Ready for the Future” (2025-1-PL01-KA121-SCH-000331026).
The “Stand Up For Human Rights” competition aims to develop civic, linguistic and digital competences, in particular:
• increasing students’ awareness of human rights and their importance in everyday life,
• developing social sensitivity and attitudes of social engagement,
• improving creative thinking skills and the use of digital tools; encouraging students to express their thoughts and emotions through art,
• creating a space for creative expression and emphasizing the individuality of the participants,
• Erasmus Days integration: promoting European values and international cooperation among students.
The task of the participants is to prepare a digital poster using a digital tool of their choice (e.g. Canva). The poster should depict one selected human right. Its name should be written in English or another foreign language and translated into Polish.
Finished competition works should be sent in PDF format. Thanks to this, all posters will maintain the appropriate quality and can be easily presented in digital form or printed.
Deadline for submission of works: October 6, 2025, while the results of the competition will be announced on October 17, 2025 and the display of the works will be prepared (online and traditionally). The best works will be awarded.
