International White Cane Safety Day – Awareness campaign

We will offer the following brief awareness-raising experience: Passers-by in the dedicated street will be approached with the question: “Can you imagine going about your daily routine if you couldn´t see anything?” If passers-by agree, they will receive a blindfold and be guided through the street by a blind person. During this short walk, the blind person will provide information. Aim of the event is to raise awareness of blindness and visual impairment.
