Open to public
Plateforme Solidarité Internationale
The event will take place at a social venue called “Le Nautilus” in the city center of Perpignan. We will organize a kitchen workshop focused on European (especially Balkan) dishes with youth from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. This will be followed by a European aperitif, including an information point about European mobilities and opportunities for youth, as well as a stand showcasing the dishes prepared by the small group during the workshop.
We will conclude the day with a concert by the group Paradaika, who will release their album on the same night. (The name “Paradaika” means “tomato” in Serbian-Croatian.)
The event is a co-production by Le Nautilus, Paradaika, and Plateforme Solidarité Internationale (PSI). The main theme is how to create cooperation across borders through Erasmus+ projects based on the values of inclusion, diversity, and pluralism.
The idea of integrating the Balkans into the project comes from the fact that next year PSI will be collaborating with several Balkan and Eastern European countries in their future Erasmus+ projects.
