Workshop: Female entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan

This interactive workshop is designed for aspiring female entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan who are ready to take their first steps or grow further in their entrepreneurial journey. The session will focus on enhancing female entrepreneurship through practical skill-building, confidence development, and exposure to tools and strategies tailored to the local context.

Participants will explore key areas such as:

Identifying and validating business ideas

Basics of business planning and financial management

Using digital tools and platforms to grow a business

Understanding local opportunities and challenges for women entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan

Building entrepreneurial confidence and leadership skills

The workshop will also introduce participants to innovative microcredential-based learning modules developed by the Empower Project, which offer flexible, accessible training to support women at various stages of entrepreneurship.

By the end of the session, participants will have a clearer understanding of the steps needed to launch or strengthen a business and will be encouraged to continue learning and connecting through future project activities and Erasmus+ opportunities.
