On the occasion of Erasmus Days, we will organize a Wellbeing Day in the School Garden focused on the physical and mental wellbeing of our pupils through English. The event will involve 250 pupils and 10 English teachers, who will guide the children through six interactive wellbeing stations designed to promote relaxation, emotional resilience, and positive energy – all in the English language. Activities will include yoga on mats, massage with rollers, chanting simple mantras, guided meditation, and games to support psychological resilience and self-regulation.

Our aim is to create a positive and calming atmosphere, helping children discover techniques to support their mental health while practicing English in a natural and meaningful way. The project reflects our commitment to Erasmus+ values such as inclusion, health, and language learning through innovative, experiential education.
We will also involve seniors in this event, with whom we have a long-term intergenerational collaboration between children and seniors. Additionally, we will include children from disadvantaged families and those facing geographical disadvantages. Erasmus and other educational programs will help them enhance their chances of succeeding in the job market.
