The event is organized to present the BEST: BE Aware of Your Talent project, funded under the Erasmus+ Small-scale Partnerships in Vocational Education and Training (KA210-VET) program. The partnership is composed by Associazione Compagnia delle Opere Marche Sud, the Department of Psychological, Health and Territory Sciences (DiSPuTer) of University of Chieti and GOSPODARSKA ZBORNICA SLOVENIJE CENTER ZA POSLOVNO USPOSABLJANJE The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia – Institute for Business Education.
The project is designed to raise awareness and provide stakeholders with essential knowledge and practical tools for effective human resource management, with a strong focus on employee empowerment and workplace well-being.
During the event, the project’s goals, core principles, and the activities carried out since its inception will be thoroughly illustrated. A key highlight will be the presentation of the results from a survey conducted among Italian and Slovenian SMEs, analyzed by the University of Chieti. These findings reveal valuable insights that will be further explored by invited external experts.
In addition, a dedicated panel discussion will bring together specialists to share best practices and discuss key issues related to talent and diversity management in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The conference will center on the critical aspects of attracting, selecting, managing, and retaining talent within SMEs, while addressing the unique challenges and opportunities these organizations face. Attendees will have the chance to delve into various strategies, including innovative recruitment approaches and fostering inclusive workplace environments.
The event is open to the public and aims to engage a broad audience, including business support organizations (BSOs), HR professionals, SME employers and employees, vocational education and training (VET) providers, University of Chieti students, and other interested members of the community.
