#ErasmusDays : Organize an event

All the Erasmus+ programme players (educational and training institutions, companies, research centres, employment agencies, organisations and NGOS, etc.) are free to organize any kind of event. The success of the #ErasmusDays is bottom up: it means that local events are organized by and for citizens.

Organizing an #ErasmusDays event :

  1. Create an event that will showcase the impact of your project or the experiences of beneficiaries of the Erasmus+ Programme.
Or take advantage of #ErasmusDays to organize an event you had already been planning, so that you can make a real impact in the media and on social networks.
Good to know: You can also organize a digital event or exhibition if your institution cannot welcome an external audience.

  2. Simply register your event on the #ErasmusDays website and download the digital communication kit. You will also receive a physical communication kit a few days before your event (only if available in your country, please contact your national Erasmus+ agency for more information).

  3. Communicate your national #Erasmusdays programme to media, policy makers and citizens, and share posts on social networks using an #Erasmsudays hashtag !

  4. If you need help filling out this form or on Erasmusdays, please contact your national agency.

Submitting an event :

Simply fill out this form (in english or in your national language). Once it has been approved, your event will appear on the #ErasmusDays website.
