As part of the Erasmus Days, the project will implement a six-day YouthLetter dissemination campaign from 12 to 17 October, with one dedicated edition shared each day.

The main aim of the activity is to inform and engage young people about Erasmus+ projects, international mobility opportunities, youth exchanges, learning opportunities, and the results of the project. Each daily YouthLetter will focus on a different topic and will use short, accessible, and youth-friendly content.

Daily themes:
12 October – Discover Erasmus+
18:00-19:00 Introduction to Erasmus+, the project, its objectives, and opportunities available to young people.

13 October – Meet the Project
Presentation of the project partners, activities, participating countries, and the experiences of young participants.

14 October – Youth Opportunities
Information about youth exchanges, training courses, mobility opportunities, volunteering, and ways young people can participate.

15 October – Voices of Young People
Testimonials, experiences, photos, and stories from project participants, showing the personal and learning benefits of international experiences.

16 October – Project Results
Presentation of the project’s results, materials, tools, publications, videos, and other resources that young people can use.

17 October – Get Involved!
A final call encouraging young people to discover Erasmus+ opportunities, follow the project, share the information with their peers, and participate in future activities.

The YouthLetters will be disseminated through social media, email, youth organisations, schools, universities, youth centres, partner networks, and other relevant communication channels. QR codes and direct links will be included where appropriate to make further information and project resources easily accessible.

The six-day campaign will create a continuous flow of Erasmus+ information during Erasmus Days, helping the project reach a wider youth audience and encouraging young people to explore and participate in European mobility and learning opportunities.

Expected results: increased awareness of Erasmus+ among young people, greater visibility of the project and its results, increased engagement with project communication channels, and more interest in future Erasmus+ opportunities.
