Words That Connect Us – Love, Friendship, Tolerance and Empathy

During this activity, Serbian students will work together virtually with their friends from Italy and Germany to explore and exchange words connected with love, friendship, tolerance, empathy, respect, solidarity and other values that are important in the 21st century. Through discussion and intercultural exchange, students will reflect on what these values mean to them and how they can contribute to more respectful and inclusive communities.
A special focus will be placed on linguistic pluralism and multilingualism, showing how different languages can express common human values while also reflecting the richness of different cultures and identities.
As a final product, mixed international groups will create multilingual word-cloud posters featuring meaningful and beautiful words in Serbian, German, Italian and English, visually celebrating the power of language, friendship and shared European values.
