Who Is Sitting in the Coach’s Chair? Ki ül a coach székében?

What defines me as a coach, what do I draw on, and what would I like to give more space to in my own practice?

As part of Erasmus Week, Antener invites you to a three-hour, experiential workshop where we will explore these questions through creative exercises inspired by international Erasmus+ projects.

This time, we turn our attention to ourselves: our presence as coaches, our values, and our resources. The playful, experimental activities will give us an opportunity to see ourselves from a new perspective and to reflect on how we would like to continue developing.

We will deepen our individual discoveries through group reflection, drawing inspiration from each other’s perspectives as well.

No artistic background or experience is required. Just bring your curiosity and an openness to discovering something new within the professional role you know so well.
