We Love Art: Erasmus+ in Action

During Erasmus Days 2026, the Private Secondary School of Applied Arts in Žilina, Slovakia will organise a week of creative workshops, presentations, discussions and interactive activities showcasing the benefits of the Erasmus+ programme and the international learning experiences of our students and teachers.

Students who participated in vocational placements in Dublin and Málaga will share their experiences, present their professional and creative outcomes, and explain how mobility abroad helped them develop their artistic, language, personal and social competences. Participants will also learn more about opportunities to take part in international mobilities in the coming school years.

First-year students will explore new artificial intelligence applications and digital tools introduced to our staff during international training courses. In their art history lessons, they will use these tools to analyse works of art, process information and create their own visual outcomes.

The programme will also include an online knowledge quiz about Erasmus+, international mobility and our school’s European activities, with prizes for the most successful participants. By connecting art, technology, languages and intercultural learning, the event will demonstrate how Erasmus+ promotes creativity, digital competences, personal growth and cooperation across Europe.
