As part of Erasmus Days 2026, we are organising interactive workshops inspired by our Erasmus+ campaign “Czas na Twój ruch” (“Time to Make Your Move”). The workshops aim to raise awareness of low physical activity among young people and encourage students to become more active in everyday life. Through creative challenges, teamwork and practical activities, participants will discover that even small changes can make a big difference!
