Teacher as Practitioner and Facilitator in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
Liceja Kneževine Srbije 2
Open to public
Druga kragujevačka gimnazija
This Erasmus Days event will explore the role of the teacher as a practitioner and facilitator in the age of artificial intelligence.
The event will be organised as an interactive workshop based on a station-rotation format. At each station, teachers will discover and try out a different AI-powered or digital tool that can be used in classroom practice. The stations will cover a range of school subjects, including German, Serbian, English, Mathematics and Biology, as well as examples applicable to other subjects.
The event will begin with a short presentation of our Erasmus+ project, including our project activities and our recent experience in Italy. Teachers will also be introduced to examples of good practice developed and tested within our school.
Participants will then rotate through the stations, explore practical tools and discuss how these tools can support teaching, learning, creativity, differentiation and student engagement. The focus will not be on technology itself, but on how teachers can use technology purposefully and meaningfully in their everyday teaching.
The event will conclude with a joint discussion and reflection. Teachers will share their impressions, useful ideas, possible challenges and examples of how they could adapt the tools to their own subjects and classrooms.
The aim is to create a space for learning from one another, sharing Erasmus experiences and good practice, and exploring practical ways in which artificial intelligence can support – rather than replace – the teacher’s professional role.
