STEP BEYOND THE SCHOOL GATE – ERASMUS EXCHANGE

The event brings together two primary schools from the same city and is designed to promote the exchange of experiences, knowledge and good teaching practices within the Erasmus+ programme.

Two classes of pupils will step beyond the gates of their own school for two lessons and spend this time at the partner school. There, they will be welcomed by the host teachers, who will prepare lessons and activities that will give the pupils an opportunity to experience a different learning environment, teaching methods and school culture.

The aim of the exchange is not simply to visit another school, but above all to learn from one another, connect pupils and teachers, and share good practices between the two schools. Through this first-hand experience, pupils will discover that learning can happen anywhere and that we can learn from everyone – even by stepping beyond our own school gate.

The event represents a small but meaningful step towards an open, collaborative and connected school community. At the same time, it reflects the key values of the Erasmus+ programme: cooperation, mobility, exchange of experiences and broadening horizons.
