“Star Trek and the Skills of the Future”

As part of Erasmus Days 2026, Karmiotissa Primary School is organizing a three-day series of educational and experiential activities that combine the discovery of the universe with the cultivation of logical thinking.
• October 14th & 15th: Students from all grades (A’ to ST’) will have the opportunity to “travel” through space via the Mobile Planetarium. This immersive full-dome experience brings our school into direct contact with the mysteries of the Solar System, astronomy, and science, fostering curiosity and a love for learning beyond the classroom.
• October 16th: Simultaneously, students in grades D’, E’, and ST’ will participate in the “Smart Games of Ligeros.” Through strategy, creativity, and collaboration, students will cultivate essential 21st-century skills, fostering critical thinking and intercultural communication—the core pillars of the Erasmus+ program.
Our Goal: To inspire our students to become “global citizens,” exploring the vast universe while simultaneously developing the essential tools to build their future with logic and cooperation.
