How can higher education become more socially and environmentally just?
Drawing on the Erasmus+ SArPe project, this participatory event presents four situated experiments from Pavia, Istanbul, Delft and Malaga, together with the book Spaces for Action, a repository of tools for socially situated architectural education.
Participants will then test these approaches through two hands-on sessions: the Situated Pedagogy Game, exploring urban inequality, excluded forms of knowledge and more-than-human actors; and a Situated Learning Scenario workshop, where actors, methods, power relations, responsibilities and learning environments are reconfigured to co-build a just university.
