SKILLS FOR TOMORROW CHALLENGE

The **Skills for Tomorrow Challenge** is an interactive team-based activity designed to develop students’ problem-solving, creativity, critical thinking, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

Students can choose one or more of four mini-challenges: **Save the Egg, The Tallest Tower, Invent the Future,** and **The Survival Challenge**. Working in small teams, they are asked to build, create, solve problems, make decisions, and reach a common solution within a limited time.

The activities focus not only on the final result, but also on **how students work together**: listening to different ideas, planning, negotiating, sharing responsibilities, and reaching agreement.

At the end of each challenge, students identify the skill their team used most: **Problem Solving, Creativity, Teamwork,** or **Communication**. The results are collected in a simple visual display titled:

**“Which Skill Did BEL Use Most Today?”**

The activity provides a fun, flexible, and low-pressure environment where students can experience the **Skills for Tomorrow** through teamwork and hands-on challenges rather than simply talking about them.
