Sharing the Erasmus+ Experience: Students Build the School They Feel Good In

Erasmus+ projects are, first of all, an opportunity to learn. Ours gave us the chance of discovering other countries, cities and cultures, people and so many ways of improving our practices, our methods, the well-being of our students. We now want to pass on some of that knowledge to our younger students, to inspire them and prepare them for their mobilities. We plan on organizing workshops for our students and our colleagues: those who benefited from the Erasmus+ mobilities last year will teach the others some of the things they learned. One of the workshops will be conducted by our students and designed for their colleagues: they will be learning how to boost their critical thinking abilities and improve their language skills using the World Café method. The other will be coordinated by the teachers that took part in the Barcelona Erasmus+ mobility and aims to familiarize their colleagues with some of the techniques they learned on how to motivate the students and make the school environment friendlier.
