Sharing Cultures Through Food

As part of Erasmus Days, our school will celebrate an intercultural gastronomic event where students will discover Europe and the world through one of the most universal forms of cultural expression: food.

Students from different backgrounds will prepare and present traditional dishes from a variety of European and other countries, sharing not only their recipes and flavours, but also the stories, traditions and cultural values behind them. The activity will create a space where students can meet, communicate and learn from one another in an informal and enjoyable way.

By cooking and sharing food together, students will develop their intercultural awareness, communication skills and appreciation of cultural diversity, while discovering that food can be a powerful way of bringing people together.

The event will be a celebration of European values, diversity, inclusion and cultural exchange, reflecting the spirit of Erasmus+: learning from each other, opening ourselves to other cultures and building connections beyond borders.
