To celebrate Erasmus Days 2026 and the 800th anniversary of Alanya’s Red Tower, Alanya University invites local and international participants to discover the city’s multilayered cultural heritage through an interactive Palimpsest Cities City Game.

Working in multicultural teams, participants will follow clues, examine architectural details, solve heritage-related challenges and create short stories inspired by the Red Tower and its surroundings. The activity will transform Alanya’s historic urban landscape into an open-air learning environment.

Through gamification and storytelling, participants will develop teamwork, intercultural communication, problem-solving, creativity, observation, digital literacy and civic awareness—essential skills for tomorrow.

The event is open to participants of all ages. Participation is free of charge; however, capacity is limited to 50 participants. Therefore, advance registration is required through the link below:
