To introduce the new Erasmus+ project, each educator participating in a mobility activity will prepare themed activities for their group during Erasmus Days. In a child-friendly and experiential way, they will present the destination country and the partner kindergarten.
Children will listen to a story or song from the host country, learn about its flag, and acquire 2-3 simple words in a foreign language (such as “Hello” and “Thank you”). Using question cards, they will explore the ideas of travel, new places, and different cultures.
Children will create a travel suitcase together. They will discuss, imagine, and draw items that, in their opinion, their teacher should definitely take along on a mobility experience (for example, a notebook for good ideas, a camera, comfortable shoes, or a map). The drawn items will be cut out and glued into the suitcase, serving as a visual and symbolic starting point for conversations about the goals of mobility.
The children’s creations will be displayed outside the classrooms so that parents can also learn about the activities and the opportunities that the project offers. Through these engaging experiences, children will be introduced to European countries, languages, and cultures, while developing curiosity, openness, and an interest in learning about the wider world.

S spoznavanjem Evrope širimo obzorja
Z novim projektom bomo pričeli 1.10.2026. Z namenom predstavitve projekta, bo v tednu, ko potekajo Erasmus dnevi, vsaka strokovna delavka, ki odhaja na mobilnost, v svoji skupini pripravila tematske dejavnosti. Na otrokom prilagojen in doživljajski način bo predstavila ciljno državo in vrtec partnerja.
Otroci bodo poslušali pravljico ali pesmico iz obiskane dežele, spoznali njeno zastavo ter se naučili 2–3 preproste besede v tujem jeziku (npr. »Dober dan«, »Hvala«). Preko igralnih kartic z vprašanji bodo otroci spoznavali potovanja, nove kraje in kulture.
Skupaj bodo ustvarili potovalni kovček – pogovarjali se bodo ter razmišljali (in tudi narisali) predmete, ki jih po njihovem mnenju vzgojiteljica nujno potrebuje s sabo, ko se bo odpravila na mobilnost (npr. zvezek za dobre ideje, fotoaparat, udobna obutev, zemljevid). Narisane predmete bodo izrezali in zalepili v kovček, kar bo služilo kot vizualna in simbolna spodbuda za pogovor o ciljih mobilnosti. Izdelki bodo razstavljeni pred skupinami, tako da se bodo z aktivnostmi seznanili tudi starši otrok.
