Routes to Resilience: Our DiscoverEU Journey Across Europe

Routes to Resilience: Our DiscoverEU Journey Across Europe is an online dissemination event organised by Social Inclusion Association within the framework of the Erasmus+ DiscoverEU Inclusion Action project “Routes to Resilience: Mental Health and Inclusion through DiscoverEU.”
Young participants who took part in the mobility will share their personal experiences of travelling across Europe by train, discovering different countries and communities, meeting local young people and organisations, and participating in activities focused on resilience, mental wellbeing, inclusion, intercultural learning and European citizenship.
Through participants’ testimonies, photographs and stories from their journey, the event will highlight not only the destinations visited but also the learning process behind the DiscoverEU experience: travelling independently, cooperating as a group, adapting to new situations, overcoming challenges and connecting with young people from different European backgrounds.
The event aims to promote the opportunities offered by Erasmus+ and DiscoverEU Inclusion Action, encourage other young people to participate in European mobility opportunities, and demonstrate how inclusive mobility can contribute to personal development, resilience and a stronger sense of European citizenship.
